The Integration Project Manager will manage end-to-end vendor integrations, from post-procurement onboarding to production go-live, across multiple regions. You will ensure integrations are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with technical and business requirements.

While the majority of the role focuses on project execution
, there is a growth path into strategic prioritization
, where you will provide input on which integrations deliver the highest business value and help shape the integration roadmap.

• Manage the full lifecycle of vendor integrations: line application, credentials, API setup, acceptance testing, and go-live.
• Coordinate across product, tech, and operations teams to ensure integrations meet business and technical requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, timelines, and dashboards for all integrations.
• Track risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating as needed.
• Ensure post-launch validation and monitor vendor performance.
• (Growth focus) Provide insights on integration impact, assist in prioritization, and advise on high-value integrations.

• Timely completion of integrations per roadmap
• Accuracy and completeness of integration documentation

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, technical delivery, or vendor integrations
• Experience with API-based integrations, software onboarding, or system coordination
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
• Comfortable managing multiple integrations across regions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while escalating issues appropriately
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, digital products, or technology integrations preferred
