Tencent Cloud is seeking an experienced AI Product Solution Architect to join our team in Singapore. This role focuses on delivering cutting‑edge AI solutions to enterprise clients across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with customers in industries such as finance, telecommunications, and technology to understand complex business needs, design AI‑driven architectures, and lead full‑cycle delivery from solutioning to post‑sales support.

Ideal candidates will possess strong technical depth in AI, excellent communication skills in English, Malay/Indonesian and Chinese Mandarin, and a passion for helping clients solve real‑world problems with innovative cloud‑based technologies.

• Provide cutting‑edge AI‑based technical consulting to key industry clients (finance, telecommunications, internet) in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Gain in‑depth understanding of clients’ business pain points, identify and decompose requirements, deliver customized and technologically advanced AI solutions, and drive business opportunity conversion.
• Plan and design technical architectures and basic business architectures that meet clients’ complex business scenarios. Write technical requirement specifications and architecture design plans, lead and promote proof‑of‑concept (POC) and testing phases, efficiently solve technical problems, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize professional capabilities to gain insights into industry technology development trends, deeply explore clients’ potential needs, develop replicable industry solution approaches, and feed back cutting‑edge requirements to the product team to drive the iterative evolution of cloud and AI products.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree majoring in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of AI solution architecture experience and in‑depth understanding of AI technologies and rich experience in project implementation.
• Proficiency in technical frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, etc.) in at least one field among machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Strong proficiency in English, Malay/Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese Mandarin to manage internal and external stakeholders across the globe.
• Excellent ability to write technical documents, clearly express architectural intentions through words and diagrams.
• Strong client communication skills, teamwork spirit, professionalism, and sense of ownership. Passion for technology and strong execution ability.
