Overview

A high-growth fintech delivering next-generation trading technology to the world's leading asset managers and hedge funds. Their modular Order and Execution Management System (OEMS) powers smarter, faster, and more compliant trading across multi-asset classes. With a growing footprint across the APAC and Oceana, they are looking for a functional implementation expert who understands the complexity of buy‑side trading—and knows how to turn a sophisticated platform into a seamless client experience.

As an Implementation Consultant
, you’ll be the key link between clients, internal product teams, and developers during onboarding projects. You'll gather requirements, map out workflows, configure solutions, and ensure every go‑live is on point—giving trading desks the tools they need to execute with confidence. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can think commercially, deliver technically, and build trust with front‑office users.

• Lead client implementations of OMS/EMS solutions across asset managers and hedge funds
• Gather functional requirements through workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews
• Map client workflows to system and effective solutions
• Configure and test the system to ensure full alignment to trading desk needs and compliance requirements
• Train users, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage go‑live activities
• Act as the voice of the client internally—feeding into product enhancements and roadmaps
• Partner with project managers, engineers, and client services to deliver high‑quality outcomes

• 5+ years of experience delivering OMS/EMS solutions
• Strong knowledge of buy‑side trading workflows across equities, fixed income, FX, or derivatives
• Confident in client‑facing environments, able to lead workshops and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable with systems configuration, testing, and UAT processes
• Solid grasp of FIX protocol and trade lifecycle concepts
