A global trading organization is seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Manager to define and drive the product roadmap for its next-generation Order & Execution Management (OEM) platform. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping trading infrastructure, enhancing front-office workflows, and ensuring high availability across mission‑critical systems.

• Lead the definition, ownership, and execution of the product roadmap for OEM and trading infrastructure.
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure the trading platform delivers near‑zero downtime and exceptional reliability across all front‑office workflows.
• Partner closely with portfolio managers, traders, and quantitative teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the development of key OEM capabilities, including FIX connectivity, smart order routing, execution logic, and workflow design.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimise the organisation’s use of data lakes, real‑time data, analytics tooling
  , and post‑trade insights.
• Manage product discovery, backlog prioritisation, and the delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic trading and technology objectives.
• Drive adoption, governance, and communication across global teams, ensuring updates are well‑integrated and performance is measurable.

• Extensive experience in Order & Execution Management systems
  , trading platforms, or front‑office trading technology.
• A strong track record engaging directly with front‑office users
  —including PMs, traders, and quants—to deliver impactful product enhancements.
• Deep understanding of trading infrastructure
  , low‑latency environments, and system resiliency.
• Knowledge of data platforms, data lakes, and the role of data in execution optimisation
  .
• Demonstrated ability to build and deliver complex, multi‑year product roadmaps within a financial markets environment.
• Buy‑side experience (asset management, hedge funds, or proprietary trading firms) is highly advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate across global teams and influence at senior levels.
