Business Process & Automation Specialist

Job Description

• Collaborate with CRM and SAP team and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for process automation, workflow enhancement, and data reporting across departments.
• Map existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and ensure seamless integration between systems such as SAP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights, support decision-making, and enhance data visibility for business users.
• Work closely with Group IT and technical teams to build, maintain, and optimize workflows, bots, interfaces, and AI solutions that align with business goals.
• Lead the end-to-end automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and transition to support.
• Perform system validation, troubleshoot issues, conduct UAT, and implement continuous improvements to ensure automation solutions and Power BI reports meet business needs.
• Participate in projects and regular alignment meetings with Local and Group IT to update progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Provide user training and support for K2 workflows and Power BI dashboards to promote smooth adoption and effective usage.
• Maintain high standards of communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business process automation, workflow design, or digital transformation.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modelling, DAX, and connecting to multiple data sources.
• Strong understanding of workflow design, process mapping, automation frameworks, and system integration concepts.
• Experience working with SAP or CRM systems is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful automation and reporting projects.
• Experience in data migration, APIs, or system interfaces is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel (up to 30%).
• Willing to work at Loyang Way area.
