We excel in building the architecture, providing solutions, deployment and operations of data centers, connectivity, cloud, networking, servers, system, storage, software, platforms, communications and security. We are a proud provider of high-quality and stable running business applications and services to our business units.

The Governance & Process Optimization (GPO) Lead is responsible for establishing robust governance frameworks, optimizing cost reporting and analytics, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and driving productivity improvements across the Infrastructure organization through process excellence and AI-enabled tools.

This role plays a central part in ensuring infrastructure investments are cost-efficient, well-governed, data-driven, and scalable, while supporting continuous business growth.

Job Description

Governance & Cost Management

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks for infrastructure planning, budgeting, and procurement activities.
  • Oversee cost analysis and cost governance across infrastructure domains, including data centers, cloud services, connectivity, communication services, servers, and network-related expenditures (both Opex and Capex).
  • Develop, review, and maintain should-cost models, cost baselines, and forecasting methodologies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and procurement standards throughout the infrastructure lifecycle.

Cost Reporting & Business Insights

  • Design and own standardized cost reporting, dashboards, and management views for infrastructure spend.
  • Leverage BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to provide actionable insights, trend analysis, and executive-level reporting.
  • Act as the single point of coordination to align cost data across Finance, Procurement, and Infrastructure domain teams.

Process Optimisation & Efficiency Enablement

  • Identify and drive process improvements across infrastructure planning, sourcing, contracting, and reporting workflows.
  • Standardize operating processes and documentation to improve efficiency, scalability, and auditability.
  • Introduce and scale AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance productivity, data analysis, reporting accuracy, and decision-making efficiency across the team.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Infrastructure domain teams, Business Units, Finance, BI, Legal, and Procurement.
  • Facilitate alignment across multiple stakeholders with differing objectives, ensuring smooth execution and timely decision-making.
  • Support leadership with structured analysis, clear recommendations, and high-quality business presentations.
  • Identify, assess, and manage operational, financial, and compliance risks related to infrastructure spend and procurement activities.
  • Conduct market research, vendor benchmarking, and trend analysis to support strategic sourcing and negotiation decisions.
  • Provide insights on industry best practices to continuously strengthen governance and commercial effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in governance, cost management, process optimization, procurement, or infrastructure strategy roles.
  • Strong background in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure-related domains (e.g., cloud, data centers, networks) is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Power BI or similar analytics and visualization tools.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, financial controls, and compliance concepts.
  • Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience in applying AI tools or automation to improve work efficiency.
