Process Technician II is responsible for executing the production processes in a production cell, independently executing tasks and actively contributing to production objectives. The role requires following Kaizen processes, working instructions, and cross‑training within the cell. Process Technician II is measured on quality, quantity, and deadlines, and may assist with incident investigations and risk assessments.
Your Responsibilities- Follow current guidelines (working instructions, process descriptions, hygiene rules, environmental protection, cGMP, clear table policies).
- Independent execution of process steps and monitoring of execution according to written instructions and training level.
- Notify supervisor of any discrepancies (process/quality, safety breaches, outdated calibration, documentation deviations).
- Maintain correct and compliant documentation (e.g., move tickets, inspection protocols).
- Highlight issues immediately to supervisor or HR.
- Participate actively in Kaizen (e.g., waste minimisation).
- Contribute to a positive working culture.
- Perform tasks defined by the supervisor that fall under operator responsibilities or organisational performance needs.
- Maintain a safe work environment and upkeep of the physical location.
- Perform sampling checks for new hires in stage 2 training during trainer absence.
- Train new hires on production processes (trainer only).
- Completed professional education preferred.
- Experience in a clean‑room environment advantageous.
- Experience in a production environment, inspection tasks, or machine handling preferred.
- At least 3 years as Process Technician with outstanding performance.
- Certified trainer by process owner (trainer).
