Ward Service Associate; West Hospital​/Inpatient​/2 Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Assists patients with feeding, ensures timely meal ordering and correct meal delivery, and clears food trays promptly
• Adheres to infection control practices and provides basic advice on fall precautions and hygiene to patients and their NOK (Next of Kin)
• Reports patient feedback or concerns to the nursing team
• Maintains tidiness in the ward, pantry, and clean utility areas; monitors pantry inventory and reports shortages
• Handles ad hoc tasks from supervisors and participates in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Completed GCE “N” level or Completed WSQ Certificate in Health Care Support (Nursing Care)
• Experience in F&B industry or customer service roles will be an added advantage
• Possess excellent customer service with a can-do attitude
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to work 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
