• Schedule and coordinate calibration and maintenance with minimal lab disruption
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards
• Keep the lab organized and inventory in optimal condition

• Support lab amenity upkeep and test bench readiness
• Prepare for audit activities
• Manage procurement of lab supplies and update the chemical database

• Track and manage short‑term contractor schedules and onboarding
• Ensure training records and timesheets are accurate and up to date
• Liaise with hiring agencies for contractor recruitment

• Assist Technical Officers and Engineers in routine testing
• Prepare jigs and samples, and document results with precision
• Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

• Experience in laboratory operations or technical support roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with regulatory and quality systems (ISO, GMP, etc.)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
