Sunday to Thursday: 3pm - 1am

Friday and Saturday/PH/PH Eve: 11 - 5pm / 5pm - 2am

~ 5 days work week, 44hr per week

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
• Provide prompt, attentive, and courteous service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including equipment, glasses, and inventory.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including regular cleaning of the bar area and equipment.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of drink recipes, new menu items, and bar promotions.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and requisitioning supplies as needed.

• Maintains a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
• Able to commit to shift work.
• Willing to learn.
• Able to communicate with customers.
• Work involves serving and tasting beverages that contain alcohol.
