Service Crew; Japanese cuisine

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and provide excellent service experience to all customers.
• Take orders in system, serve customers, and clear tables.
• To perform duties at the cashier, ensuring that payments are being charged correctly.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Adhere to Operational SOP’s set-in place to ensure a seamless operation.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the establishment is up to standard.
• Manage stock take and inventory for retail items.
• Communicate with both patrons and team members with regards to recommendations and feedback.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

• Previous F&B experience is an advantage.
• High standard of personal hygiene.
• Good working attitude and an outgoing individual with a passion in customer service.
• Friendly and enjoys meeting people.
• Energetic, cheerful, and vibrant.
