Senior Software Developer; Golang

We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

• Develop backend services and operations, including proposing architectural decisions, participating in design reviews, coding, code review, and implementing features
• Identify and implement solutions for complex problems within large-scale backend infrastructure
• Provide technical operational support to resolve customer issues
• Drive improvements within the technology stack for long-term engineering initiatives

• Proficiency in Golang, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka preferred
• Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to juggle requirements from various stakeholders
• Experienced with architectural designs, security, and performance optimization in a high traffic setting
• Understanding of Fintech, Sports, or Prediction markets is an advantage
