As a Driver for NUHS@Home, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, supporting clinicians by safely and promptly transporting patients’ homes and our HQ offices. Your responsibilities include dependable driving, coordination with medical and operations teams, adherence to safety standards, vehicle management, and supporting the overall efficiency of our home‑based care services.

• Safe and timely transportation of healthcare staff to/from patients' homes and HQ offices.
• Ensure punctual pick‑ups and drop‑offs and plan efficient routes with adaptability to schedule changes.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks, assist with loading/unloading medical equipment, and maintain an inventory of consumables.
• Maintain accurate driving logs, report incidents immediately, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Keep knowledge of alternate routes and maintain compliance with traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Represent the organization positively, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with the medical team and fleet coordinator.

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with a valid Class 3 or equivalent driving licence.
• Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience (preferably in healthcare support, fleet, or transport).
• Experience transporting people and/or medical equipment in a time‑sensitive environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of GPS and route‑planning tools, road safety regulations, and a proven safe‑driving record with no traffic violations.
• Excellent time‑management, punctuality, and adaptability to ad‑hoc changes.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with clinicians and operations teams.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting (e.g., tire pressure, battery, warning lights).
• Professionalism, patience, courtesy, and a customer‑service mindset.
