Adams Thermal Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced engineer to lead the design, installation and continuous improvement of production systems.
You will drive processes, tool design and line layouts while collaborating with Product Engineering, Quality and Operations to meet quality and cost targets. The role requires hands-on project management for new equipment, participation in Process FMEA and Design FMEA activities with cross-functional teams, and continual pursuit of manufacturing excellence
