Adams Thermal Systems, Inc. is seeking a Welding/Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, installation, and improvement of high‑quality production systems focused on welding processes.
You will develop weld documentation (WPS, PQR), train welders, and optimize layouts and lines for safety, productivity and cost efficiency. You will work with Product Engineering, Quality, and Operations, applying Lean and TS16949 practices to sustain continuous improvement and ensure manufacturability of ATS
