We work with main contractors and end clients to deliver comprehensive mechanical, electrical and public‑health (MEP) solutions — from smaller or mid‑size jobs to complex large‑scale developments.
We pride ourselves on quality, compliance with building regulations, tight cost‑control and reliable delivery — offering clients a “one‑contractor” complete M&E package and outstanding customer service.
As we continue to expand our workload and team, we are looking for a reliable and organised part‑time Office Administrator to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to subcontractors and suppliers.
* Complete and process account setup forms for new suppliers.
* Maintain and manage digital and physical system folders and documentation.
* Pull drawings/documents from archive (or system), and issue them to project or site teams as required.
* Assist the accounts department with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
* Answer incoming telephone calls and direct or take messages as appropriate.
* Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc assistance to the team when required.
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and methodical approach to paperwork and filing.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal — comfortable handling phone calls and liaising with suppliers/subcontractors.
* Basic administrative experience in an office or similar environment.
* Familiarity with construction, M&E, or building‑services sector
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and work with minimal supervision.
* Comfortable using standard office software (e.g. Word, Excel, email) and ideally some project‑management / document‑control tools.
* Professional, reliable and a team‑player with a flexible and helpful approach.
What We Offer
* Flexible part-time working
* Free Parking
* A role in a growing, and dynamic M&E contractor
* Opportunity to build understanding of the construction & M&E industry (useful for someone looking to grow into more project-focused admin, document control or coordinator roles).
* Friendly, supportive team environment and opportunity to contribute to a growing business’s success
