About the Role
Are you passionate about driving sustainability and making a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced Sustainability Manager to lead our environmental strategy and help us achieve our net-zero goals. In this role, you’ll define and implement policies, ensure compliance with legislation and customer requirements, and deliver measurable improvements across energy, waste, and emissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement the company’s environmental sustainability strategy, identifying key impact areas and opportunities for improvement.

* Monitor and report on environmental indicators (energy, waste, recycling, emissions) and ensure compliance with statutory and customer requirements.

* Own and deliver the roadmap to net-zero, including carbon reduction initiatives and efficiency projects.

* Conduct audits of energy, waste, and recycling streams; implement best practices based on findings.

* Manage relationships with recycling and waste partners, ensuring compliance and integrity.

* Maintain environmental certifications and support compliance with ISO
14001, ESOS, and SECR.

* Assess environmental impact of new processes/products and mitigate risks before launch.

What We’re Looking For

* Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or related field.

* Experience with ISO
14001, ESOS, and SECR compliance.

* Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

* Demonstrable experience in a similar sustainability or environmental management role.
