• Manage on site contractors and ensure works are carried out in line with company standards and legislation.
• Conduct building inspections whilst instructing contractors to conduct remedial works where necessary.
• Check in with tenants on a regular basis to ensure their queries are met accordingly.
• Work alongside the Facilities Manager to set and manage service charge budgets.
• Oversee health and safety compliance across the site at all times.
• Drive proactive feedback from the site between leaseholders/tenants to ensureில an up‑to‑date record is held at all times.
