Temporary to Permanent Salary: £13.00 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative to join a global medical healthcare company based in Sittingbourne. This role plays an important part in supporting vital health services by ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations. Working in a clean and well-organised warehouse, you will carry out a variety of tasks that help maintain the smooth running of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and pack orders using a hand-held device Organise and maintain stock levels within the warehouse Complete documentation and system updates in line with company procedures Handle urgent calls and requests from other departments promptly Contribute to the ongoing improvement of warehouse processes Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics setting Ability to carry out manual handling tasks over sustained periods Familiarity with warehouse tools or devices (e.g. scanners, stock systems) Reliable team player who can also work independently when required Basic English and maths skills A responsible approach to workplace health & safety and the use of PPE Must live within 45 minutes walking distance or have own transport (no suitable public transport for 6am start)
