You’ll handle returns from designer taps to luxury vanity units, ensuring each item is inspected, logged, and processed with precision. Your role involves verifying quality, logging returns in our WMS, grading items, handling discrepancies, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

• Receiving and inspecting inbound returns to check for any "leaks" in quality or damage.
• Using our WMS to log returns, ensuring our data flows as smoothly as a power shower.
• Deciding if a product is "Grade A" or if its ship has sailed, categorising items for resale or refurbishment.
• Identifying discrepancies or "murky" returns and reporting them to our Customer Service team.
• Keeping your workspace organised and hazard‑free, ensuring we never get "clogged" up during busy periods.

• A "Polished" Eye for Detail:
  You can spot a hairline fracture or a missing washer from a mile away.
• Tech Savvy:
  You’re comfortable navigating warehouse systems (no "plumbing" in data incorrectly here!).
• Solid Work Ethic:
  We need someone reliable who won’t throw in the towel. Our £200 monthly attendance bonus is waiting for those who show up and shine!
• Physical Resilience:
  You’re happy being on your feet and don’t mind a bit of heavy lifting (it’s better than a gym membership!).
• Communication:
  Clear English skills to ensure all reporting is crystal clear.

This is a Full‑time Fixed Term Contract until the end of March—perfect for those looking to soak up some extra income after the festive period. For those who truly excel, there is a very real possibility of a permanent seat at the table (or the vanity unit!) once the contract ends.
