Support Worker, Skipton

We are recruiting Support Workers in the Skipton area! As an Avalon Support Worker you will have a role that offers flexibility, guaranteed income and job security, a friendly team, and meaningful work. We provide a secure role with scope to develop and hourly rates start at £12.27 with enhanced rates for evenings and weekends, plus paid mileage and many great benefits.

Our charity is over 30 years old.

You will help people with disabilities or additional needs to live the life they choose: supporting with daily living skills, attending appointments, finding work and much more. You will build meaningful and lasting relationships. Sessions are a minimum of one hour, with many being longer. Previous experience is not required – just a caring attitude and desire to make a difference.
