Job Overview

As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. Our clients are a recruitment agency specialising in sourcing locum, fixed term and permanent medical and healthcare jobs across the UK, British Overseas Territories and internationally.

Duties

Supervising and managing operational staff to ensure smooth running of activities

Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures

Monitoring and evaluating operational performance to identify areas for improvement

Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency

Providing leadership and guidance to the operations team

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior operational role - healthcare recruitment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
