A National Housing Developer is looking for a Site Manager for a traditional new build housing development in Sleaford. Providing a personal development plan from day one and the opportunity to progress up the ladder to Senior Site Manager / Project Manager within 12 months.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction site
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain quality control standards and project schedules
• Prepare and manage project budgets
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Resolve any issues that may arise on site
• Report progress to senior management

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS certification
• First Aid certification
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
• Valid Driving Licence

Minimum of 2 years as a number 1 Site Manager on high volume housing sites.

• Strong understanding of new build housing projects
• Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  
  Ability to manage and motivate a team

• Previous experience working for a national housing developer
• Additional certifications in construction management

This role involves working on site in various weather conditions and may require occasional travel to different project locations.
