HGV Class 2 Driver - Nights

Overview

HGV Class 2 Driver - Nights at FM Conway Ltd. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Working as part of a two-person crew on the Water and Drainage Management team, you’ll help protect communities and keep essential infrastructure running smoothly through drainage operations, from drain cleaning and clearance to repair and maintenance.

• Carrying out a wide range of drainage services, including high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) to inspect, clean, and maintain drainage networks.
• Responding promptly to drainage issues and emergency callouts, tackling blockages, overflows, and other urgent problems to keep water flowing safely and efficiently.
• Supporting planned and reactive maintenance by clearing, cleaning, and repairing drainage systems as part of routine operations or urgent interventions.
• Accurately recording and reporting all work carried out, including identifying and flagging any additional issues that require follow-up.
• Using our app-based reporting system to update job progress, upload photos/videos, and ensure clear communication with the wider team.

• Hold a Class 2 licence and a valid Driver CPC.
• Be reliable, committed, and able to work as part of a team with a strong commitment to health and safety.
• Previous experience in the drainage industry is preferred but not essential; full training can be provided for the right candidate.
