A top 15 firm with a strong focus on continuous development and training are now looking for an Audit & Accounts Manager to join their growing team.

• The role will be split across 80% Audit and 20% Accounts
• You will be working across a mixed portfolio of OMBs and SMEs with turnovers ranging around £50m
• Working alongside the Partners to plan assignments and lead some of the largest and most complex audits
• Plan, deliver and supervise audit and accounts assignments
• Monitor your chargeability and your assignment budgets proactively
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and potential management letter points
• Delegate and supervise junior staff during the audit and review their work

• You will be ACA/ACCA Qualified with post qualification experience
• You will have experience in managing your own portfolio
• Experience of working within a UK accountancy firm
• A good management rapport to mentor the audit team
