• You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including posting and matching invoices, resolving discrepancies and uploading details into the system.
• You will arrange invoice approvals, liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and maintain rechargeable cost logs while coordinating with the AR team for internal and external recharges.
• Responsibilities also include processing staff expenses and company credit cards, handling intercompany recharges and managing weekly and monthly supplier payment runs, including bank setups and remittance advices.
