Estimator - Fit-Out - City of London

We are working with a contractor in the building and construction industry delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects ranging from £5k-£250k across the City of London. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Estimator to strengthen their small works fabrics team.

This role is ideal for an experienced estimator who is confident leading tenders, supporting bid strategy, and contributing to the commercial success of fast-paced fit‑out projects in and around the City of London.

• Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and tender submissions for fit‑out projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and employer's requirements.
• Manage and analyse subcontractor and supplier packages.
• Lead pricing on multiple tenders concurrently.
• Identify value engineering and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Assess commercial risks and opportunities at tender stage.
• Work closely with pre‑construction, commercial, and delivery teams.
• Winning new business opportunities.

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the commercial fit‑out sector (Small works experience required).
