Customer Service Adviser
Hemel Hempstead

Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their team.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 8am and 5pm.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Follow specific scripts for repair-related inquiries.
  • Ensure tenants are not kept on hold for extended periods.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
  • Gather accurate information about repairs and communicate it to the planning team.
  • Coordinate with tenants and colleagues effectively.
    • Candidate Requirements:
    • Experience working in a call centre environment.
    • Experience dealing with repairs in social housing.
