- Assist in various engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Support project teams and contribute your knowledge and fresh perspective.
- Help ensure projects adhere to specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Participate in engineering analysis and design for various projects including infrastructure, transportation, and utilities.
- Utilise state-of-the-art software and tools for modelling and analysis under supervision.
- Learn and apply local, national, and international regulations and codes.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for projects.
- Support positive client relationships through effective communication and project support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project objectives and provide support in delivering tailored solutions.
- Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, and environmental experts.
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Support the maintenance of precision and integrity in engineering designs by following rigorous quality control procedures.
- Help review and endorse project deliverables to uphold the highest standards.
- Stay informed about industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to innovative engineering solutions and sustainable practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field).
- Previous internship or work experience in engineering is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and basic structural analysis tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and excellence in engineering practices.
