Our client are looking for an experienced Draughtsman with Auto Cad experience and a wealth of experience in the Petrochem / Oil & Gas sectors probably gained as a Mechanical Draughts-person.
Skills / Experience Required- Petrochemical Industry Mechanical Draughting
- Piping / Skid Design & Layout
- Pressure Vessel and stack design draughting
- Auto Cad 2D & 3D familiarity
- General MS & Windows IT skills
Responsibility for production of (mainly) Auto Cad drawings of company's products
Liaison with other Technical Staff such as Project Engineers & Document Controller.
Product Knowledge
Thorough understanding of all the company's product lines.
Thorough understanding of technical design of the company's product lines.
Knowledge of Company's Document Control System
Procedures / Quality System
Responsible for adherence to the company's policy on quality.
Responsible for adherence to company, departmental procedures and work instructions.
Report any deficiency detected within the quality system to the immediate supervisor.
DesignActive role with mechanical engineering and drawings for project execution which includes the preparation / review of engineering drawings and associated contract documentation.
