The Role- Process invoices, purchase orders and financial transactions.
- Support budget monitoring and liaise with department leads.
- Maintain accurate financial records and databases.
- Assist with payroll audits and reporting cycles.
- Communicate with suppliers, staff and external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and school policies.
- Experience in school finance or similar administrative role.
- Strong IT and numerical skills (Excel essential).
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Understanding of safeguarding and data protection.
