Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about delivering premium healthcare? We have a new and exciting opportunity for a band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team based in Berkshire.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Band 6 OT to join our amazing integrated therapy team, being responsible for the planning and delivery of Occupational Therapy service in liaison with Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist.

Main duties of the job

Work with a load of clients with a variety of needs and identify OT goals as part of the overall care plan.

Plan and implement client centred individual and/or group interventions, using graded activity to achieve therapeutic goals.

Provide OT interventions, based on identified health need, to adults who have a learning disability within any community setting.

Establish robust communication networks with clients, carers, other health workers and agencies, social service workers and agencies, relevant care providers and voluntary agencies and groups.

Will liaise with GPs, acute and primary care clinical leads/partners from other service delivery teams as required and attend interface meetings as needed.

Person Specification Experience
  • Previous Occupational Therapy experience within Learning Disabilities.
Qualifications
  • OT Qualification and experience mandatory.
  • HCPC registration mandatory.
