A multi-academy trust in Slough is seeking an Interim Head of HR to lead strategic HR functions and manage HR initiatives across its schools. This part-time role (4 days a week) offers a salary of £69,332 annually, and the potential for contract extension. The ideal candidate should have CIPD Level 7 qualification or extensive HR management experience. Responsibilities include providing strategic HR leadership and ensuring effective HR practices throughout the trust.
