The role is part of our growth plans, seeking a Smart Buildings Support Engineer to join the BMS Support team. We value exceptional people who bring new ideas, skills, and innovative thinking to build a more sustainable world.

• Carry out BMS pre‑planned maintenance, small upgrades and additional works.
• Respond to and resolve reactive breakdowns, both within core business hours and as part of the out‑of‑hours standby team.
• Identify system improvements such as upgrades, system enhancements and software improvements to ensure energy performance is managed efficiently.
• Provide detailed and concise reports based upon onsite activities.

• Good technical experience in Siemens, Trend or Tridium BEMS/HVAC Building Controls. Experience with Siemens Apogee is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a collaborative working environment with all stakeholders, including customers and external service providers.
• Sound customer service, professional approach and dedication to meeting customer expectations, including delivering technical support, coaching and direction.
• Agile working approach with flexibility to support an on‑call rota structure.
• A full driving licence, as you will be travelling to different sites.
