We’re working with a well-established construction contractor recognised for delivering high-quality industrial, commercial and mixed-use projects across the UK. The business prides itself on a collaborative, hands-on approach, strong client relationships and consistently high standards around safety, quality and programme delivery.
The Role
We are looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a £12m new build industrial unit in Slough. The role will run from January 2026 through to August 2026 and will suit a proven site leader who is comfortable managing complex, fast-paced builds.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
* Managing subcontractors, site teams and suppliers, driving performance and maintaining high quality standards
* Implementing and enforcing site health & safety procedures and best practice
* Coordinating with the project team, consultants and client representatives
* Monitoring progress, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on similar value industrial or commercial new build projects
* Valid CSCS card
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
