What you’ll be doingAs the Project Lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering the National Neighbourhood Health Improvement Programme across Slough. You will champion a community‑led approach, working closely with residents and partner organisations to co‑design solutions that improve health and reduce inequalities. Day‑to‑day you will coordinate programme activities, strengthen partnerships, manage performance, and ensure that neighbourhood teams have the support they need to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.
Acting as a key ambassador for the programme locally and nationally, you will lead staff, influence strategic direction, and drive innovation to build lasting improvements in community health and wellbeing.
