A leading Main Contractor that have been operating for over 100 years’ have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on a new build housing project in Slough, Berkshire.

The company have a great reputation in the industry for delivering a range of projects across multiple sectors nationwide, up to £30m in value. They have regional offices across the country; this particular opportunity is with their Oxford region.

They have just been awarded a project in Slough comprising 33 new build houses and a club house split across 5 adjacent sites. The project is due to start soon; there is a bit of demolition work to be done before groundworks begin, with the build phase due to commence in the New Year.

They are looking for a Project Manager with a strong track record working on similar projects for a reputable Main Contractor; able to programme and lead a project from inception through to completion. They are ready to start interviewing straight away with a view to someone starting as soon as possible.

Project Manager:

• Strong track record delivering new build houses
• Experience working for a reputable main contractor / house builder
• Excellent all round construction knowledge
• Ability to programme and see projects through from inception through to completion
• Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams
• First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS
• Able to commute to Slough on a daily basis
