General Management

Our General Management team is responsible for leading and overseeing our strategic direction, operations and performance. Together, we navigate and lead Reckitt through dynamic global and environmental changes, whilst looking ahead to the horizon for growth and sustainability opportunities.

About the role

Provide high calibre executive support to the President, Emerging Markets, enabling effective leadership across diverse geographies and functions. This role manages complex executive operations, drives cadence and governance for the EM leadership agenda, and acts as a trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders at Csuite level.

Your responsibilities

Executive Office Management

  • Manage the President’s complex calendar across time zones; anticipate priorities and resolve conflicts.
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel, visas, and logistics for multi-country itineraries; ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare briefings, talking points, and prereads for ELT/Board/GBU forums; track actions to closure.

Leadership Cadence & Governance

  • Organize leadership rhythms (weekly reviews, M /QBRs, country deep dives); ensure agendas, materials, and KPI tracking are accurate and timely.
  • Gather cross-functional input (Finance, HR, Supply, Legal, Comms) and maintain version-controlled executive materials.
  • Ensure meeting documentation meets audit and risk compliance standards.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

  • Act as primary liaison for senior internal stakeholders and key external partners.
  • Draft and refine executive communications; maintain tone, clarity, and confidentiality.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and secure protocols.

Project Coordination

  • Track strategic initiatives for Emerging Markets; monitor milestones, risks, and escalate issues early.
  • Support governance forums (risk, sustainability, compliance, audit) by coordinating inputs and ensuring quality submissions.

Office Operations & Process Excellence

  • Streamline workflows (templates, trackers, playbooks); promote productivity tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Manage expenses, POs, and vendor coordination per policy; maintain accurate records.

Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships across countries and cultures; represent the President’s office professionally.
  • Respond to inquiries efficiently and provide informed support in internal forums.
The experience we're looking for

Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated success managing complex calendars, international travel, and high stakes meetings.
  • Strong exposure to fastmoving consumer goods or similarly dynamic, matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills; comfortable preparing executive level materials.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint); familiarity with document control and governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; project management exposure is a plus.
