• You will be responsible to provide leadership & direction ensuring all customers service experience is best in class and met with robust communication and organisation.
• You will be overseeing and reprioritising accordingly the planning of workloads to meet with customers’ expectations and ensure all Company targets are met and exceeded.
• You will be expected tomanagethe service department team and handlecustomer service interactions, reports, and repairs.
• Oversee employee training & development to ensure all staff are competent with in their roles

• Previous experience in Team Leadership.
• A successful track record in delivering business results.

• Competent negotiator.
• IT literate.
