Lettings Branch Manager role at haart Estate Agents, Slough. Ambitious and results-driven individuals are invited to lead our successful Slough lettings branch with ownership of growing and managing a high-performing lettings business, delivering outstanding customer service, and motivating a team to achieve exceptional results. Benefits- Complete on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 per year
- £20,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- £2,500 for your first 3 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline

- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including one-to-one meetings)
- Encourage your team’s development and progression
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Liaising with tenants and arranging property viewings to suit their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Ensuring the business is risk-averse and adheres to the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
- Effective communication and ability to build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and colleagues
- Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
- Ability to monitor and assess the performance of local competitors
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
- Attention to detail
We are conducting interviews using video software. To proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport/Birth Certificate)
- Proof of Address

- Drivers Licence Check
