CNC Turner/Programmer

Full-Time – Permanent role
Our client, a precision engineering business serving robotics, defence, and high-performance sectors, is looking for an experienced CNC Turner and/or Programmer
. They operate modern HAAS lathes and mills and use Fusion 360 for CAD/CAM.
- Program, set, and operate HAAS CNC lathes and mills
- Create and optimise toolpaths in Fusion 360
- Inspect components for dimensional accuracy
- Assist with milling operations when needed
- Plan and manage workloads to meet production targets
- Support and mentor junior staff
- 5+ years’ CNC turning experience
- Skilled with HAAS lathes and Fusion 360 CAM
- Strong CAD knowledge for work holding setups
- Good understanding of tooling, materials, and machining principles
- Experience supervising or training staff
