You'll partner closely with Design, Buying, and Product teams to build ranges that inspire customers and deliver results. • Lead and develop a high-performing merchandising team, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration.
• Own forecasting, trading, and strategic planning across your product area.
• Build and execute commercial range plans that excite customers and maximise sales and profitability.
• Analyse performance and market trends, proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
• Champion innovation and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to range building, trading, and process improvement.

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser within a fast-paced fashion or retail environment.
• Strong people management experience with a passion for developing others.
• Highly commercial, analytical, and product-obsessed – with a creative flair.
