The Role

What will you be doing?

  • Achieve personal KPIs and revenue objectives with target customers
  • Accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements
  • Utilise product promotions effectively to meet targets
  • Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact by phone and face‑to‑face visits
  • Provide a high level of service – understanding requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders and giving expert advice
  • Provide timely communication to customers on their credit status
  • Assist the TPS centre team to ensure excellent customer service and strong working relationships
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and a joined‑up approach
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries within KPIs, using the approved greeting
  • Use all systems accurately to search and order parts
  • Complete required documentation accurately and promptly
  • Process cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS Guidelines
Requirements
  • A self‑starter with a proven track record in building relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Confident communicator with experience selling in a fast‑paced or telesales environment
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, able to build relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Team player with drive to achieve individual and team sales targets weekly & monthly
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping
  • IT literate, with good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Passion for the automotive industry
