At Connells , part of the Connells Group , we’re looking for a highly motivated Residential Sales Lister / Senior Estate Agent to join our successful and well-established Slough branch .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent, valuer or senior sales negotiator who is passionate about winning instructions, building strong client relationships and progressing their career within a market-leading business.

As a Residential Sales Lister, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of the branch by :

• Winning new listings and securing instructions
• Carrying out property valuations and market appraisals
• Building rapport with new and existing clients face‑to‑face and over the phone
• Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
• Maximising opportunities to book appointments for our in‑house Mortgage Advisors
• Representing the Connells brand professionally in the local market

• Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission (OTE £50,000)

• Previous estate agency experience, such as, Sales Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator ready for a step up
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑focused
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, email and internet systems)
• Full UK driving licence
