As an Air Export Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for handling air export shipments from booking through to final delivery, ensuring all operational and compliance requirements are met. Your key duties will include :

• Managing the full air export process, including customs clearance and export documentation
• Liaising with airlines, overseas agents, hauliers, and customers to coordinate shipments
• Handling dangerous good shipments and ensuring the documentation is in line with custom requirements.
• Preparing and processing export documentation in line with customs and aviation regulations
• Tracking and monitoring shipments, providing regular updates to customers
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and agents

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in air export freight forwarding operations
• Strong understanding of export customs procedures and compliance
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with freight forwarding or customs software (e.g., Cargo Wise, ASM) is desirable
