Credit Controller

Your new role As Credit Controller, you will play a key role in the management and collection of Accounts Receivable, working closely with sales staff to ensure debt management policies are strictly adhered to. Your responsibilities will include:
Opening new accounts and checking credit ratings Setting and monitoring credit limits Building and maintaining effective customer relationships to encourage timely recovery of payments Negotiating and agreeing payment plans with customers Handling disputed amounts and resolving issues efficiently Responding promptly to customer and internal enquiries Maintaining accurate customer files and records Providing accounts information to senior management Contributing to the overall success of the team by promoting a positive work environment and ‘can-do’ attitude What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a Credit Control environment, ideally dealing with a high volume of customers Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy team Knowledge of the agricultural industry would be an advantage What you'll get in return You’ll be joining a forward-thinking organisation offering:
