Head of FP&A

FP&A Manager job for a fast growing company in North Wales Hays Senior Finance are working with a growing international company in North Wales to recruit a proven and experienced Head of FP&A. The Head of FP&A plays a key role in supporting the Leadership team by providing data-driven insights, financial analysis, and business partnering support. This role will be responsible for supporting multi-functional teams from a financial perspective;

assessing new market opportunities and monitoring ongoing performance; leading the team to develop financial models, assessing product profitability, and driving process improvements across the Finance and wider business. The Head of FP&A will lead on enhancing reporting and analysis, streamlining financial processes, and optimising decision-making by collaborating with key stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial. It will also support the development of robust business partnering tools to ensure long-term efficiency and strategic growth.

As a manager, you will lead your team to develop financial models whilst driving process improvements and analysing sales performance to provide insights to senior stakeholders. We are keen to speak to qualified accountants who can work in North Wales without the need for sponsorship. Hybrid working is available but you must have a fixed base in North Wales.
