Are you a problem solver who thrives on turning strategic goals into reality? Do you want to lead projects that make a tangible impact on our water supply and services? We are looking for a Project Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to join our Organisational Change team in Snodland. In this role you will be the central hub for our project activities, taking ownership from conception through to completion, balancing scope, budget, and schedule to ensure delivery of our promises.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate single or multiple projects from initiation to closure, serving as the main point of contact for all communications.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with task breakdowns, realistic deadlines, and resource allocation.
- Proactively monitor project performance against the plan, reporting progress, risks, and key metrics to senior management.
- Take full ownership of the project's success by actively managing scope, timeline, and budget.
- Proactively identify potential risks, analyse impact, and develop mitigation plans.
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations to ensure buy‑in and alignment and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Professional project management qualification (PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Practitioner).
- Proven ability to plan and schedule projects, setting realistic deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to create, track, and manage project budgets.
- Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and stakeholder management.
- Track record of motivating and guiding teams, building positive project cultures.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly adaptable and flexible, adjusting plans in response to change.
- Full driving licence.
