Change Manager (Fixed Term Contract)
South East Water UK
SummaryAre you a natural communicator who thrives on helping people navigate through transformation? Do you want to play a pivotal role in shaping how we evolve for the future? At South East Water, we are undergoing exciting shifts in how we use technology and data to serve our customers. We’re looking for a Change Manager who can bridge the gap between technical project delivery and the people who make our business run.
Whether you are a seasoned expert looking for a role where your impact is truly valued, or a rising talent ready to take on larger, more complex organisational shifts, this is a chance to lead meaningful change in a supportive and purpose‑driven environment.
As our Change Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our transformation projects. Your mission is to ensure that when we introduce new tools or processes, they aren't just "launched"—they are embraced. You’ll work across our Technology & Insights group, acting as a central hub to secure employee buy‑in and minimise disruption. It is an exciting time to join us as we modernise our structure, and you’ll have the autonomy to design strategies that ensure our strategic goals are met through the most important part of our business: our people.
