, where your expertise will help shape customer relationships and deliver exceptional results.

As an External Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining price, volume, and profitability for key accounts within Asphalt. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure account requirements are met, while driving growth and promoting value-added products.

This is a full-time role offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Implementing Account Portfolio strategy
  • Delivering financial targets as set by Business Unit (BU) and Regional management
  • Achieving required Customer Account targets on a monthly and annual basis
  • Delivering Value Added Product targets as set by BU and Regional management
  • Supporting Major Project Managers in delivery of regional major/significant bid and tender processes
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Ensuring customer portfolio satisfaction measures are consistently exceeded
  • Completing account plans to a high standard and clearly identifying customer objectives
  • Supporting senior management in improving OTIF (On Time In Full) performance
What We’re Looking For
  • A proven track record of adding value and managing customer accounts
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience using commercial tools and forecasts
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and change management skills
  • Understanding of regional markets and competitive landscapes
  • High level of drive and determination
  • Ability to identify customer needs and build comprehensive solutions

Formal qualifications are not essential, but relevant experience is required.
